With more than 30 years of executive leadership experience in the international packaging industry, I combine strategic thinking with operational excellence and a passion for developing people and organizations. My career has taken me from the glass industry to aluminium packaging, always with a strong focus on transformation, sustainable growth, and customer value.

Originally from Northern Bavaria and now based in Styria, I believe that successful businesses are built by people—not processes alone. Leadership is about creating clarity, building trust, and empowering individuals to perform at their best. <Executive Experience

Until recently, I served as Chief Executive Officer of the LINHARDT Group, one of Europe's leading manufacturers of aluminium and plastic packaging solutions for the pharmaceutical, cosmetics, food, and industrial markets. From 2019 to 2026, together with a dedicated international team, we successfully navigated the company through a period of significant transformation, global market challenges, and changing customer expectations. We strengthened LINHARDT's position as an innovation leader by expanding sustainable packaging solutions, investing in digitalization and advanced manufacturing technologies, and reinforcing the company's global market presence.

A particular focus was placed on the pharmaceutical packaging business, where we further strengthened LINHARDT's position as a global technology and quality leader. At the same time, we accelerated the development of sustainable packaging concepts, including recyclable mono-material solutions, high-recycled-content packaging, and innovative aluminium packaging designed to meet future regulatory and environmental requirements. Throughout this period, we fostered a modern leadership culture built on trust, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Prior to joining LINHARDT, I served for 14 years as Chief Executive Officer of the international Stölzle Glass Group, a leading manufacturer of premium glass packaging for the spirits, pharmaceutical, perfumery, cosmetics, and hospitality industries. During my tenure, the company transformed into one of Austria's most successful industrial businesses. Revenue tripled to more than €300 million, positioning Stölzle among the Top 20 companies in Styria.

Together with an outstanding international team, we established the Stölzle brand as a globally recognized premium packaging partner. The company achieved the position of the world's No. 2 supplier of premium spirits bottles and ranked among the global Top 5 in pharmaceutical and perfumery glass packaging. Our commitment to innovation, product development, and manufacturing excellence was recognized with eight WorldStar Packaging Awards.

For me, sustainable business success extends beyond financial performance. Developing people, investing in future talent, and strengthening regional competitiveness have always been integral parts of my leadership philosophy.

Together with nine regional companies, we established a vocational education network that enabled more than 80 apprentices to begin their careers within just four years. In recognition of this commitment, Stölzle was named one of Styria's Top Employers in 2016. Today, I bring more than three decades of international executive leadership experience in the packaging industry to advisory, supervisory, and transformation roles. My passion is to support companies in shaping sustainable growth, strengthening competitiveness, leading successful transformation, and creating long-term value for customers, employees, shareholders, and society.
